Cell 内蔵のは、そのうち出ると思っていたけれど、今年の12月にもう発売されるとは思わなかった。
さすがにお値段は55V型で100万円程度と高いけれど、こういうタイプのテレビが今後は売れていくのだと思いました。
Cell を使って同時録画の性能が格段に向上したことが最大の売りなのですが、これは結局放送側がタイムシフトユーザのためのオンデマンド放送が出来なかったことの裏返しでもあるわけです。
もう著作権とか難しいことを考えるより、個々人で全部録画しちゃえ、ということ。
数年後には価格もこなれてきて、普通にテレビを買うとこういう機能が付いてくるのではないでしょうか。
気になるのは消費電力。Cell がそもそも電力食いであることに加えて、常時録画状態になるわけなので、「エコは？」と消費者が考えた瞬間に、この商品にはマイナスイメージが付けられてしまうのです。
